NHS Coventry has announced that the Bhandal Dental Group has been successful in its bid to run and manage three new dental practices in the city.
The family-run group has been chosen by the trust to take on the operation of running the dental centres in the Tile Hill, Stoke Aldermoor and Wood End areas, which are set top open in April.
Confirming the decision, Stephen Jones, joint chief executive at NHS Coventry, said: "This is great news for people in the city. Having additional dental services is important in making sure everybody has equal access to NHS dental treatment ."
"We hope people will take advantage of the extended capacity and we especially encourage parents to take their children for a regular check-up," he added.
Bhandal Dental Group already runs two other practices in the city centre, as well as many others across the West Midlands.
