A new dental treatment application has been launched for the Apple iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad devices.
The dental care app, which is available to download for free from the Apple App Store, is a mobile version of the popular Dental Optimizer tool.
The free online tool (dentaloptimizer.com) is designed to help patients understand what they can do to prevent dental disease, which dental treatments are the most effective, and the benefits of prevention.
The new dental treatment app also gives users an option to rate their dentists or to review ratings by other patients.
