A new dental practice in the town on Bracknell, Berkshire, has announced it is taking on new NHS patients.
Wildridings Dental surgery opened in Wildridings Square earlier this year, giving local residents the chance to receive dental treatment without the having to travel to practices outside the neighbourhood.
Practice manager Jyotsna Rijal-Dhakal explained: "Wildridings doesnt have any other services it doesnt have a GP, a pharmacy this is the first thing in Wildridings connected with health ."
"People did have to go into town, or to Wokingham or wherever else if they wanted a dentist . But now, even though this is an NHS practice, we have all the modern equipment here.
"Some of the patients we have havent been to a dentist in 10, 15, 20 years because theres nothing around here."
The surgery is now hoping to cut dental care waiting lists in the town by taking on new patients.
Jyotsna added: "Its a beautiful practice when you walk in its massive. We dont have a big patient database yet but hopefully that will change in the next three months."
"We are taking NHS patients, and people worried about waiting lists can come straight to us."
