More and more people travelling abroad in search of cheaper dental treatment are visiting Budapest, according to new figures.
The city has become the most popular destination for dental tourists from all over the globe, including the UK, Germany, France, Norway, the US and Canada, thanks to its high standards of patient care and customer service, and low treatment costs.
Dental clinics in the Hungarian capital offer state of the art facilities and innovative new treatments at a fraction of the price of the same treatments in other European countries.
Prices are typically up to 60 per cent lower than in the UK and Scandinavia, meaning patients can save thousands of pounds, even after taking flights and accommodation costs into account.
